I tried to look this book up Lolly. There was an old copy for sale for around $25 and a re-printed copy for around $14 or so. There was this sample available free. And the e-book is about $10

That is the book, Guy. The reprint is a thick paperback with about 600 pages. I found my copy at Big R on a sale rack for $5. While checking out the books at the Mother Earth News Fair I noticed a stack of them, but I'm betting the price was closer to the retail of $14.95.

Wow, there are a lot of great book recommendations here. Some I've read and many I've not heard of. I tend to read less in the warmer months than the colder months but I am really interested in some of these books. An absolute must-read on my list is Gary Snyder's "axe handles". Never gets old.
