I'm really glad that's working out for you, Hagrid. I've had two good learning lessons in my life that stand out. One is when I asked my uncle (who was doing permaculture back in the '60s, and still is today) how he has been so successful at being independent. He replied "it's easy, just don't use much." The other was when I asked a fairly wealthy business owner how he got so wealthy. He replied, "It's easy, just don't spend much." I think you've got the jist of it right there in your place. The smaller the space, the easier to heat.

It's been really good seeing your build come along and the morphology that has taken place along the way. And when you're finished- there you are!
